A collision occurred at a World Conflict II airshow in Dallas on Saturday, authorities stated.
The crash occurred on the occasion Wings Over Dallas on the Dallas Government Airport, which was holding flying demonstrations of WWII fighter planes.

A Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcobra collided and crashed round 1:20 p.m. native time, based on the Federal Aviation Administration. It’s unclear how many individuals have been on board the bomber and fighter plane, it stated.
The airshow, timed to coincide with Veterans Day, is organized by the Commemorative Air Drive, an training affiliation targeted on American army aviation.

“At present we do not need info on the standing of the flight crews as emergency responders are working the accident,” Leah Block, a spokesperson for Commemorative Air Drive, stated in an announcement.
Block instructed ABC Information she believes there have been 5 crew members on the B-17 and one aboard the P-63. The Houston-based plane weren’t giving rides to paying prospects on the time, she stated.

The airport said there was an “incident” in the course of the present and that Dallas Hearth and Rescue is responding.
